Delivery Times

The initial subscription treat box will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order then on the 15th of each month. Payment will be taken instantly when you initially subscribe and then automatically on the 1st of every month prior to treat box shipments on the 15th.

We aim to dispatch all other purchases made on our website within 3 working days.

Postal Charges

 

Orders up to £39.99 are subject to a postal charge of £3.75
Postage will be free for all orders of £40.00 or more

Returns

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags and unopened, in its original packaging.   A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Damages

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and advise us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or incorrect and we will make every effort to correct the issue immediately.

Refunds

 

You will be notified when your returned item has been received, checked and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 working days.
